Business telecom & IT specialists, Direct Voice & Data, have chosen Be More Outdoors as their Christmas Charity for 2017. The charity is based in the Colne Valley area of Huddersfield. The aim of the charity is to engage families, children and adults from all community sectors in the outdoors through education, play, wellbeing and nature awareness.
Direct Voice & Data’s donation will pay for an entire month of sessions, enabling over 300 adults and children to go along to their setting and enjoy Babes in the Wood Family Forest School. It will fund the firewood for the campfire to enable them to cook for the attendees as well as the wood burner which offers a warmer area to sit and food & hot drinks. All craft activities will be provided which means families can take something home that they have made.
