Following 2 cyber-attacks within a very short amount of time, DVAD worked with us to prevent any further detrimental IT downtime.
Both our servers were subject to separate crypto attacks. Following the first attack, Paul and the DVAD team quickly established new server solutions in the unlikely event of another attack. The solutions were based on a number of factors, including the age of our existing servers. Unfortunately, a second attack quickly followed.
Once the second cyber-attack took place, Paul implemented an action plan based on the previous discussions and rolled out the new server project. DVAD quickly sourced all the hardware required and efficiently co-ordinated the installation.
This quick and decisive action by Paul and the DVAD team prevented any significant and detrimental IT down time and enabled us to be fully operational again with 10 working days.
