We had an old, deteriorating phone system that needed upgrading before the ISDN switch-off in 2025. We also needed a system that offered improved flexibility with regards to remote working and fault tolerance.
Paul and Rakesh at DVAD scoped a new VoIP system exactly to our needs with good attention to detail. They answered all our questions and helped us choose the right phone system for us.
The installation of the new solution was fairly complicated as there were several different buildings and working environments to consider (office, factory, etc). However, the installation was planned very well and went very smoothly thanks to Derek and Leslie who worked with us to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum. Ongoing support has also been very prompt and helpful.
