Our old telecoms system became end-of-life, so we needed to upgrade our capabilities in a very short timeframe.
DVAD have been a trusted partner of our business for several years now, so we asked them to scope out our telephony requirements and provide a quote for a new system. Having appraised our requirements, DVAD recommended the 8×8 system for our business needs.
From the point of order, the new system implementation was very quick and seamless. We have been very impressed with our new system to date.
The 8×8 software is easy to use, flexible and provides us with enhanced messaging and video calling capabilities, as well as a far more reliable voice network.
In an era where remote working is much more prevalent and costs are spiralling we have been able to reduce the hardware required to run our network by using the mobile and desktop apps on existing equipment in place of traditional desk phones.
Overall, we’re very pleased with our new cloud-based telephony system and the service we’ve received from DVAD.
